About the role
Training Officer - Leadership and Professional Development
We are looking for an experienced leadership development and learning professional to join our Leadership & Professional Development Team. This is an opportunity to design, develop, deliver and evaluate high-quality leadership and professional development programmes which support leaders at every stage of their career journey - from first line supervisors through to senior leaders.
You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to identify leadership development needs, design innovative learning solutions and facilitate engaging learning experiences that build leadership capability, improve organisational performance and promote a culture of continuous professional development.
Working closely with the Leadership Learning and Development Manager, you'll play an important role in shaping the leaders who influence policing across the West Midlands. Vetting: Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
