Job Description - Training Partner - Manufacturing

An outstanding permanent Training Partner position has arisen with a top-tier Defense / Aerospace / Manufacturing organisation based in Uxbridge - West London / Middlesex.

The Training Partner will develop and deliver training experiences for colleagues across such teams, as well as supporting team leaders, cell leaders and managers across manufacturing with delivering their training requirements.

Working in collaboration with a hugely talented, friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities - Training Partner (Manufacturing)

  • Create and develop training programmes around skill requirements, including creating development pathways, identifying training course options, always supporting personal development of colleagues and overall development plans across teams.
  • Define and deliver training session content including materials, exercises and identifying the required skill levels and standards.
  • Develop tools and relevant assessment methods needed to establish competence and to certify skills.
  • Ensure that training records are collated and inputted within the learning management system, also maintaining KPI and metric reporting including quality assurance and peer review of training resources.
  • Continually connect with stakeholders relating to critical training requirements.

Skills & experience - Training Partner (Manufacturing)

  • Training experience in industry and the ability to develop training pathways.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience of manufacturing processes and accredited programs in the Aerospace / Defence / Automotive industries.
