The Role
This is a hands-on training ownership role, not an administrative position.
You will be responsible for how our staff are trained, how knowledge is delivered, and how standards are maintained across the business. A key part of the role is creating and presenting clear, engaging video-based training used daily by our teams.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain structured training programmes for retail staff
Create and present internal training videos (on camera)
Translate sales techniques, product knowledge, and procedures into clear training content
Ensure training is practical, consistent, and commercially effective
Deliver occasional in-person training sessions in Manchester
Refine training based on performance feedback and operational needs

What Were Looking For
Experience in training, coaching, or structured knowledge delivery
Confidence presenting on camera in a professional environment
Clear communication and strong organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
Background in beauty, hairstyling, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus
