Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group in Coulsdon, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven automotive professional to lead sales activities, develop team members, and deliver exceptional customer service within a well-established dealership.

Oversee the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and value-added products in compliance with FCA guidelines
Support sales team by providing expert advice to close deals, appraise part exchanges, and guide customers through their purchase journey
Lead, mentor, and develop your team to improve performance and product knowledge, especially regarding finance and insurance products
Manage performance reporting for finance and insurance activities, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance standards, company policies, and industry regulationsRequirements need from the Transaction Manager:

Proven experience as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager within a franchised automotive dealership, or a high-performing Sales Executive ready to progress
Strong understanding of FCA regulations related to finance and insurance products
Organised and confident leader capable of inspiring teamwork and trust
Customer-focused with excellent attention to compliance and customer outcomes
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
