Transaction Manager - Automotive Sales

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a leading automotive dealership representing a well-known vehicle brand. This is a fantastic chance for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a successful sales team.

The Role:
As Transaction Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a high standard of finance and insurance compliance. This role offers a blend of leadership, customer interaction, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present finance and insurance products aligned to customer needs.
• Coach and support sales team to increase finance and insurance referrals.
• Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports.
• Ensure all FCA and compliance requirements are met.
• Perform Duty Manager responsibilities as required.
• Oversee and prepare vehicle handovers and follow up on leads.
• Maintain showroom standards and engage with walk-in customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Prior experience as a Transaction Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
• Strong compliance and process-driven mindset.
• Confident with computer systems and reporting tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to undertake a Basic DBS and financial background check.
