Transactional Finance Manager

My client is a Professional Services organisation based in Worcestershire, and they have an exciting role for an energetic, enthusiastic Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working within an established team, you will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing a team of Legal Cashiers in a sometimes high pressured environment, working to time pressured deadlines.

What you will need

• Experience in the Legal industry ideal, although Professional Services will also be considered
• A varied accounts background, with experience in legal cashiering, accounts receivable, expenses, payroll and accounts payable ideal
• A self-starter with an enthusiasm to motivate a team to achieve deadlines and targets
• Supervisory or management experience
• To be open to travelling to different sites locally
