The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the a fast paced transactional team and ensuring the delivery of top-notch internal customer service.

Description

The successful Team Leader will have the following responsibilities;

· Oversee daily operations of the team (8-14 full time employees)

· Coach team members, provide ongoing support and mentoring.

· Formulate and drive strategies to elevate service quality.

· Manage cash transactions and handle accounting duties.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

· Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

· Provide flexibility in taking on ad-hoc duties when required.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective risk management and financial reporting.

The successful Team Leader should have/be able to;

· Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.

· Be discrete when handling sensitive financial information.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· General knowledge of financial procedures.
