The Role - Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership - Oversee end-to-end Transfer Pricing strategies, from planning and compliance to audit defence.

Technical Expertise - Lead functional analysis interviews, economic analysis, and review TP documentation.
HMRC & APA Engagement - Work with HMRC on APAs, MAPs & profit diversion compliance.
Operational TP - Help clients implement and optimise transfer pricing models effectively.
M&A Support - Assist with due diligence & post-acquisition TP integration.
Mentorship & Innovation - Support junior team development and contribute to new service offerings.

What We're Looking For

UK Transfer Pricing Tax Knowledge (Essential)
Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
Client Relationship Management Experience
CTA Qualification (or equivalent) or Relevant Industry Background
