Akkodis have partnered with a large, purpose-driven organisation who are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Manager to join on a permanent basis.

This is a new business function and is crucial to driving strategic transformation and innovation across the organisation, ensuring it aligns with business goals.

Project Examples

• Box-model evaluations
• Process design and optimisation
• Post implementation / key metrics measurements

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating current business models, identifying key areas for improvement and then developing transformation strategies to achieve business goals
• Managing projects, people, and performance across the business
• Design and implement strategic transformation initiatives and implement these across the organisation
• Building a unified road-map to be implemented across the organisation

Required Skills

• Experience leading large IT transformation projects from discovery through to go-live
• Change and people management experience
• Experience developing and implementing transformation strategies to support and meet organisational needs
• Familiar with business processes, systems, and technologies
