Transformation Business Analyst | Legal Sector | 12 month FTC | Up to £90,000 | Central London

In this Transformation Business Analyst role you will drive business transformation by analysing needs, designing solutions, and delivering projects that create measurable value for a leading global law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, focusing on business outcomes.
• Map and analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Lead change management, including impact assessments and communication plans.
• Develop and present business cases to support project proposals.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum of 5 years), with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Proven Transformation experience across Business and IT programmes.
• Knowledge of change management and aligning projects with strategic goals.
• Familiarity with legal services is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, Jira, Excel, or CRM systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
