Transformation Lead

Job Description

We are currently working with a market leading insurance company to recruit a Transformation Lead (Contract). Reporting directly into the CTO, you will be driving the long-term success of the organisation, challenging, and supporting the transformation team through a complex transformation journey.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Reporting directly into the CTO the Transformation Transition Lead you will be charged with supporting the establishment of end-to-end transformation oversight.
Support the development of strategic transformation programmes, and develop a transformation dashboard with key metrics to monitor delivery.
Providing a framework to resolve prioritisation challenges and address cross-functional dependencies.
Provide a consolidated view of progress across the end-to-end transformation agenda to build on the current governance structures already in place.
Responsible for supporting the Transformation Office to deliver their committed outcomes within the agreed timescale while avoiding adverse impact on income, customers and on colleagues.
Work closely with colleagues, many of whom will be deeply affected by the outcomes of the end-to-end transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate should have;

A highly experienced Transformation background with a proven track record of supporting the successful delivery of an end-to-end transformation agenda.
Have strong communication skills and experience of managing key stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience working within

Insurance/Financial

Services.
Ability to think strategically and communicate confidently, asserting influence.
Ability to challenge and hold to account colleagues, whilst also engaging and building relationships.
