MERJE is seeking a skilled Transformation Manager for a leading insurance company. This role offers a unique chance to drive the successful execution and onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity business. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and extensive knowledge of the UK Defined Benefit Pensions and BPA market.

As a Transformation Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing BPA transitions, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring operational readiness. This position offers competitive remuneration and the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing field.

• Support the Head of BPA Transition in executing and onboarding Bulk Purchase Annuity business
• Build and drive project plans for buy-in executions and transitions to buy-out
• Manage operational relationships with EBCs, Trustees, and ceding administrators
• Ensure operational readiness for each new transition
• Support the preparation of contractual and individual policy documents

• Extensive experience in the BPA market and transition processes
• Strong project management skills and client relationship management
• Excellent knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions
• Proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
