Transport Administrator

Hays Recruitment is currently hiring for a Transport Administrator based in the Maidstone area. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Salary:

£27,500 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with customers via phone and email
Booking deliveries
Entering jobs into the transport management system
Tracking job progress
Debriefing drivers
Monitoring and ensuring KPIs are met
Maintaining compliance with transport regulations and health & safety procedures

Experience Required:

Customer service experience
Background in logistics or transport administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
