We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their fast-paced transport office. You'll work closely with drivers, management, and customers, handling all aspects of transport administration with a strong focus on pallet logistics.

Your Role Will Include:? Accepting and processing collections and deliveries from partner depots ? Investigating customer queries and managing claims for delays or damages ? Assisting with morning dispatch, ensuring drivers are equipped with EDC for live data capture ? Producing KPI reports and resolving any flagged issues ? Managing inbound storage, storage picks, and pallet dispatch ? Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and the sales team ? Supporting evening shift operations when required

What We're Looking For:? Experience in a transport office environment ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ? IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with TMS systems ? Knowledge of Oxfordshire’s road network ? Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small team ? Adaptability to varied working hours and occasional Saturday mornings
