Transport Administrator

• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Admin to join our dynamic team at a leading haulage company. This role is crucial for managing the administrative tasks related to transportation operations, ensuring efficient and effective support to our logistics and fleet management teams.

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle routes and driver assignments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and other logistics data.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating transport-related reports.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and external partners to resolve any operational issues.
• Assist in the compliance with transport policies, regulations, and safety standards.

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a transport or logistics environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
