Transport Administrator / Traffic Clerk

Top Jobs Group are looking to appoint a full-time Traffic Clerk/Administrator for an exciting Logistics Company based in Dartford Crossing.

*** Temp to Perm ***

* £17.49 Per hour - Umbrella Rate - This rate includes employer’s NI, apprenticeship levy, and holiday pay

* Tuesday to Friday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm

* Saturday 10am - 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of the customer care function and delivery crews.

* Outbound calls to customers

* Carry out and maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant company documentation and reporting.

* Support and cover administration tasks for other departments when required.

* Ensure the Depot and office environment is maintained, ordering stationary and ensuring the office environment is kept in a safe and hygienic manor.

* Any other administration tasks required.

* You’ll need to be able to work as part of a small team, in a fast-paced environment.

* You’ll need to have strong ICT skills, and be able to communicate with a wide range of different people.

* Experience in planning work for a fleet of vehicles would be very useful, but is not essential.

* You’ll need to hold a driving licence, and have access to a car for work purposes.

EXPERIENCE:

* A professional appearance and attitude at times

* Proactive and supportive team player.

* Have excellent computer skills

* Excellent customer service skills
