Transport & Fleet Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Transport & Fleet Manager to lead our transport team, keep our fleet compliant and deliver a first-class service across our branches.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and developing the transport team.

Taking ownership of fleet compliance, safety and maintenance.

Coordinating vehicle, machinery and equipment movements.

Managing fleet accidents, insurance claims and supplier relationships.

Controlling costs and driving operational improvements.

What we’re looking for:

Road Haulage CPC qualification.
At least 2 years’ transport, logistics or fleet management experience.
Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator’s Licence compliance.
A confident leader with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Location: Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm
