Transport Coordinator

Transport Coordinator - Buckinghamshire

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator for our distribution client based in Buckinghamshire.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Hours: 8am-5pm

Duties:

- Ensuring the drivers are conducting duties in line with planning expectations
- Planning the most efficient routes for deliveries, considering factors like traffic, distance, and time constraints.
- Reporting and escalating any vehicle defects
- Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including vehicle maintenance, driver qualifications, and safety regulations.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, such as delays, accidents, or customer complaints.

Requirements:

- Previous fleet or transportation coordinator experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Able to problem solve and manage multiple tasks
