Transport Coordinator

Transport Co-Ordinator | Coventry

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (½ hour lunch)

UK & European Imports | Supply Chain Support | Office-based

I'm working exclusively on a confidential opportunity with a Coventry-based FMCG business looking for a Transport Co-Ordinator to support their growing logistics operation.

You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth inbound flow of goods from European suppliers into UK warehouses.?

Key duties:

Booking and managing transport from EU suppliers

Coordinating with UK hauliers & 3PL warehouses

Managing customs paperwork and declarations

Signing off transport & warehouse invoices

Providing admin support to the Supply Chain team

This role is perfect for someone organised and calm under pressure, with solid Excel skills and ideally some experience in logistics or transport coordination.
