Are you looking for a dynamic role within a growing transport operation? We’re seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to join our busy depot near Newport. Have you worked for DHL, Wincanton, Muller, UPS, Tesco, Ocado, Eddie Stobbarts or another leading logistics employer? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Salary & Benefits:

* Earn between £538 and £615 per week on days (approx. £28K–£32K per annum)

* Nights pay between £577 and £654 per week (approx. £30K–£34K per annum)

* Career progression opportunities, including training towards a planning role

* Contract Type: Permenant

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to managers and planners

* Manage data input and generate reports using computer systems

* Liaise with customers and drivers via phone and email

* Coordinate deliveries and driver schedules

* Handle driver pay sheets and resolve queries

* Ensure vehicle maintenance standards through liaison with service providers

* Collaborate daily with warehouse and management personnel

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

* Calm under pressure with a methodical, organised approach

* Confident working independently and as part of a team

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

* Previous admin or transport experience desirable but not essential
