Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (DOE & CPC)
Type: Full-time | 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Follow Health & Safety policies

• Plan efficient vehicle schedules and driver resources

• Complete paperwork (digital/paper)

• Ensure transport compliance (CPC, maintenance, driver hours)

• Support admin processes

• Provide high-quality customer service

• Coordinate with other departments

• Keep driver training up to date

• Take part in on-call rota

• Manage driver team (meetings, holidays, sickness)

• Produce financial reports

About You:

• Committed to Health & Safety

• Highly organised with attention to detail

• Confident communicator

• IT literate

• Able to work under pressure

• Experience in a transport office

• Waste sector experience (ideal)

• CPC holder or willing to train

• Full UK driving licence
