Outsource UK is recruiting a Transport Operations Manager to work at a brand new, state of the art facility in Dartford for a leading Supply Chain organisation.
  
This is a permanent opportunity working 40 Hours on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (4am to 4pm/ 8am to 8pm).
  
You will be leading a team of Supervisors, Drivers and Clerical colleagues to ensure the relevant delivery, productivity and financial performance indicators are met to deliver best in class service to a key client. 
 
What will you bring to the team? 
 

• In-depth transport leadership experience
• People Management including conducting regular 121s, Performance Management, Absence Management and Conducting investigations and disciplinaries
• International or National CPC holder.
• Passion for transport compliance with strong knowledge in transport legislation.
