What You’ll Be Doing

Leading night‑shift operations and ensuring all routes run smoothly.

Optimising drivers and vehicles to hit SLA and KPI targets.

Managing compliance including WTD, driver hours and tachograph infringements.

Briefing and debriefing drivers and supporting them throughout the shift.

Investigating incidents and ensuring accurate reporting.

Building strong relationships across warehouse, drivers, contractors and customers.

Tracking performance, fuel efficiency and operational improvements.
