We're recruiting for an experienced Transport Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in St Neots. If you thrive in a challenging logistics environment and enjoy leading drivers while ensuring first-class customer service and compliance, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

* Supervise the day-to-day transport operation

* Support route planning and driver scheduling

* Lead, motivate and manage a team of drivers

* Ensure compliance with Drivers' Hours, WTD and Operator Licence requirements

* Monitor vehicle utilisation and delivery performance

* Liaise with customers, drivers and the warehouse to ensure service levels are achieved

* Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

* Promote a positive health & safety culture

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience within a transport or logistics supervisory role

* Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment

* Experience within a pallet network operation is highly desirable

* National CPC qualification desirable but not essential

* Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems
