Day to Day Duties

• Lead and support a team responsible for daily transport operations
• Plan and manage driver resources, including core and agency staff
• Monitor and report on KPIs, supporting operational improvements
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with management and external partners to achieve service excellence
• Build positive team culture and maintain high levels of staff engagement

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
• Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement
• Competence in using transport management systems (TMS) and other relevant tools

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
