Transport Team Manager

Location: Birmingham, UK Business Unit: Logistics Salary: £41,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (rotating shifts)

We are seeking an experienced Transport Team Manager to lead our Birmingham depot operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery services.

• Manage daily transport operations and fleet performance

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of drivers and support staff

• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and company policies

• Monitor KPIs, control costs, and drive continuous improvement

• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety

• Proven leadership experience in logistics or FMCG

• Strong knowledge of transport operations and regulations

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Essential: Road Haulage Transport Manager CPC (Standard National)

• Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely
