The successful Trauma Informed Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
• A good understanding of trauma informed practice and supporting pupils with additional emotional needs
• Experience providing one-to-one support
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, calm and resilient approach
• A flexible and proactive attitude
