Job Description - Travel Administrator

  • Travel Administrator
  • Paying up to £18 per hour
  • Initial 12 month temporary contract
  • Role based in Farnborough
  • WFH on Fridays
  • We are looking for an experienced Travel Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site, lovely subsidised restaurant and an all-round healthy and positive working environment.

    This is an initial 12-month temporary contract but likely to extend. The working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and working from home on Fridays. Paying up to £18 per hour which equates to £37,440 per annum

    Previous experience organising international travel is essential

    The role will be dealing with all aspects of travel including:

    • Booking flights and hotels for international business travel
    • Arranging VISA and Work Permit Applications for long term travel
    • Assisting with all the organisation involved in international relocations
    • Arranging international transport (car hires etc)
    • Arranging inoculations

    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous experience organising and managing international travel is essential
    • Previous experience of arranging visas and work permits is essential
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent communication skills
    • Be a team player with a can-do positive attitude
