Job Description - Travel Administrator and Receptionist

Travel Administrator/Receptionist required for this charity located in Cambridge City (with parking).

Salary: £25-30,500pa
Permanent role
Working in the office 5 days a week

Your duties:
  • Booking detailed travel itineraries
  • Manage any bookings that require amendments or cancellation
  • Assisting with the booking of travel for large workshops
  • Assist and advise others re: travel desk matters
  • Liaise with both national and overseas hotels
  • Reconciling travel invoices
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Assisting with preparation for meetings and workshops
  • Welcome visitors
  • Book taxis

Your skills/experience:
  • Experience in organising complex travel arrangements
  • Experience in a customer facing role
