Job Title: Travel Consultant
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 – Bonus opportunities
Location: Hertford 
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30-6:30pm and Alternative Saturdays 9:30-5pm

Skills Required

• Previous admin experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and efficient
• Must have been travelling in Asia (Bali, Thailand, Philippines etc)
• Self motivated and ambitious
• Qualifications in travel is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Dealing with client queries over the phone
• Understanding customers needs
• Planning holidays/packages using your product knowledge
• Working towards KPI’s & Targets
• Supporting other members of the team as needed
• General administration
