Your Day-to-Day:

• Tailor travel packages to meet individual client needs, from flights and hotels to car hire and excursions
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve queries with professionalism and care
• Keep up with the latest travel trends, destinations, and compliance updates
• Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and travel partners
• Work towards and exceed sales goals, contributing to team success

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a travel consultancy or similar role
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms and systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
• Willingness to work retail hours, including two weekends per month

Working Pattern:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Retail-based schedule with some weekend shifts
