Job Title: Travel Consultant
Salary: £24,000
Location: Hertford  
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30-6:30pm and Alternative Saturdays 9:30-5pm

Skills Required
·Previous admin experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Organised and efficient
·Must have been travelling or experience a travel agent
·Self motivated and ambitious
·Qualifications in travel is an advantage
Responsibilities
·Dealing with client queries over the phone
·Understanding customers needs
·Planning holidays/packages using your product knowledge
·Working towards KPI's & Targets
·Supporting other members of the team as needed
·General administration
