Must have’s

* Proven experience working within a sales role

* Genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

* Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets

* Highly organised approach when managing bookings and client details

Nice to have’s

* Previous experience in travel sales or within a travel agency environment

* Good geographical knowledge of European and international destinations

* Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting tailored travel packages

* Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRM platforms

* Understanding of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele

So, what will you be doing?

* Managing client bookings from initial enquiry through to completion

* Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on individual customer needs

* Negotiating rates and availability with travel providers

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within reservation systems

* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients

* Supporting the Sales Manager and contributing towards team sales targets

* Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
