We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Sales Advisor who will play a key role in driving sales whilst providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone passionate about travel and skilled in converting enquiries into sales!

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist visitors and guiding customers through the booking process face-to-face.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally, achieving sales targets.
• Engage effectively with callers to enhance customer experience and maximise sales conversion.
• Process orders accurately and promptly without compromising customer experience.
• Achieve monthly team and individual targets, including basic sales conversion and valuable add-on sales, upgrades, and extension packages.
• Promote and upsell premium products and services, supporting marketing initiatives such as 'low deposit' or 'early booking' offers.
• Continuously develop professional skills, particularly in areas like written communication, brand awareness, and product knowledge.
• Suggest improvements to enhance performance and efficiency at company, team, and personal levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a competitive sales and customer service environment, delivering to deadlines and targets.
• Strong interest in travel and knowledge of the unique selling points of travel products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook, and Explorer.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in telephone sales, ideally handling inbound calls.
