Key Areas of Responsibility

• Own and improve daily cash operations, forecasting, and reporting
• Create robust cash flow models and drive smarter financial planning
• Lead liquidity forecasting and working capital analysis
• Provide insights that inform debt, investment, and risk management
• Support financing activities including refinancing and interest rate strategy
• Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners
• Contribute to audit prep and monthly financial reporting
• Constantly look for ways to make treasury operations better, faster, and more efficient

What You’ll Bring

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience in Treasury)
• Proven experience in a similar treasury or senior finance role
• Excellent forecasting and analytical skills
• Commercially aware with a passion for driving performance
• Unafraid to challenge and influence senior leadership
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• High integrity with a detail-driven approach
