Treasury Analyst

This isn’t just a back-office treasury role. It’s a dynamic, cross-functional position blending Treasury, FP&A, and commercial insight, which would be ideal for someone who enjoys digging deep into data, influencing decisions, and making things work better, faster, and smarter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead daily cash operations and liquidity planning across the business
• Model and forecast cash flows, identifying trends and opportunities
• Partner with finance and leadership to shape investment, funding, and interest rate strategies
• Support refinancing and capital structure planning
• Analyse working capital and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
• Drive treasury process improvements, system enhancements, and automation
• Collaborate on monthly reporting and audit preparations
• Build trusted relationships across departments and with external partners

What You’ll Bring:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or with equivalent treasury experience
• Experience in Treasury, FP&A, or senior finance roles with strong forecasting and cash management exposure
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness
• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process optimisation
• Experience in high-growth or multi-entity environments a plus
