£30,000-£32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

We are working with a reputable, owner-managed business in Coventry area, who is seeking a Treasury and Credit Control Supervisor to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised finance professional to take ownership of bank and sales ledger processes while managing a small team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for daily treasury functions, sales invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control-playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Treasury and Sales Ledger function, managing one assistant

• Process daily bank transactions and complete account reconciliations

• Raise rent and ad hoc customer invoices and credit notes

• Conduct weekly credit control and aged debtor reporting

• Manage chargeback processes and resolve site finance queries

• Support with month-end procedures and reporting

• Ensure all financial activity complies with internal controls and policies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong experience in credit control, bank reconciliations, and sales ledger

• The ability to manage workloads independently and mentor a junior team member

• Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills

• Familiarity with Sage 50 (preferred)

• Good Excel skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
