Job Description - Treasury Assistant - Occupier Services

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Management Accounts Assistant to join our Treasury Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a professional and client-focused property environment.

    You will support the Team Leader and Client Accountants in delivering high-quality property management accounting services to our occupier clients. The role involves day-to-day portfolio administration, financial processing, and regular liaison with tenants, landlords, and internal surveying teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the provision of property management accounting services to occupier clients.
    • Support the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
    • Maintain and update the Property Management database (Tramps).
    • Manage invoice processing via our scanning system (Alusta).
    • Reconcile rent and service charge invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
    • Monitor shared client email inboxes and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
    • Liaise with tenants and landlords via telephone and email.
    • Provide general administrative support, including electronic filing and ad hoc team assistance.
    • Work closely with London and regional surveying colleagues to support portfolio activity.
    • Represent the company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.

    Qualifications

    About You

    • Ideally educated to A-Level.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • A professional, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to work.
    • A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
    • The ability to apply common sense.
