We are seeking a results-oriented Treasury Consultant with expertise in solution-based selling. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and provide strategic FX advice to corporate clients, helping them solve complex challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities: Proactively engage prospective clients through cold calling and strategic outreach to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Understand Client Needs: Conduct in-depth discovery to uncover pain points, challenges, and objectives, delivering tailored FX solutions that add measurable value.
• Deliver Solutions: Use a consultative approach to present clear, impactful strategies that align with client goals and mitigate currency risk.
• Handle Objections: Address client concerns with confidence, demonstrating expertise and building trust through clear, solution-driven communication.
• Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and driving ongoing engagement.
• Provide Market Insights: Share timely and relevant market updates to support informed client decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in value-based, solution-focused sales, with a strong track record in cold calling and client acquisition.
• Exceptional ability to uncover client needs and deliver tailored recommendations that address their challenges.
• Strong objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in FX, treasury, or financial services (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
