Treasury Manager

We are currently partnered with a large fast-growing technology powerhouse, with a focus on innovation and redefining the digital landscape. They are seeking a Treasury Manager to join their growing, high-performing finance team in London. This is a great opportunity to be at the heart of transformational treasury operations within a market-leading business.

As Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their global treasury operations. You will operate across cash management, banking infrastructure, liquidity forecasting, FX risk management, and automation projects, bringing strategic insights to how they manage cash and financial risk globally. You will also contribute to the ongoing implementation and optimisation of the TMS, establishing best-in-class processes that support a business scaling at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, payment execution, and liquidity management across multiple currencies and geographies.
• Manage banking relationships, account structures, and bank documentation, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable banking arrangements that support growth.
• Develop and maintain robust short-term and long-term cash forecasting models, identifying cash optimisation opportunities across the group.
• Support the development and execution of foreign exchange risk management strategies to protect the business against market volatility.
• Continuously identify, recommend, and deliver improvements in treasury processes and controls, leveraging automation and digital tools.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including financing activities, cash repatriation strategies, M&A integration, and new market entry planning.

Requirements:

• Ideally be AMCT and/or ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• You will have significant hands-on experience in treasury operations within a complex, international business environment.
• Will have led or been heavily involved in a TMS implementation project and understand the impact of strong systems architecture on treasury efficiency.
• Proactive, commercially astute, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where initiative and ownership are critical.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail but also able to see the bigger picture and align treasury strategy with business growth goals.
