Treasury Manager – Leading Organisation

Location: Central Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to take ownership of treasury operations within its finance, accounting, and security team. This is a key role with responsibility for ensuring strong financial control, effective stakeholder management, and delivery of the organisation’s treasury strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day treasury operations and cash management across the Group
• Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, banks, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with treasury policy, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage the Group’s portfolio of secured assets, ensuring accurate data and legal documentation are maintained
• Support senior leadership with treasury-related reporting, analysis, and external presentations

About You:

• ACT, ACCA, ACA (or equivalent) qualification preferred
• Significant experience in treasury, banking, security, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
