What you'll do:

• Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions across multiple accounts and entities, providing timely reports and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Reconcile and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts, analysing to inform strategic decision-making processes within the treasury function.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as finance, accounting, and risk management to ensure seamless communication and alignment on treasury matters.
• Support the execution of foreign exchange transactions, interest rate hedging strategies, and other financial instruments as required by business needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times.
• Assist with the implementation or enhancements to existing processes, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of buy side/hedge fund experience within Treasury/ Cash Management.
• Proven ability to manage daily cash operations with precision while adhering to established controls and procedures.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail and communication skillset.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities that enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and levels of seniority.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange transactions, interest rate hedging strategies, or similar financial instruments relevant to treasury operations.
• Experience supporting process improvements or system implementations within a treasury function is highly desirable.
• A nurturing attitude towards less experienced team members, demonstrating patience and willingness to share knowledge for collective success.
• A flexible mindset that embraces change positively while remaining focused on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
