Treasury Team Leader

Treasury Team Leader required for a new permanent opportunity for a well established business based in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in treasury, cash management or transactional finance who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in overseeing daily treasury operations, supporting the wider finance function and leading a team to ensure processes run efficiently and accurately. Your duties will include:

- Oversee the day-to-day treasury function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, support and develop a small team, ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations and cash reporting.
- Monitor bank accounts, payments and cash balances.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider finance team.
- Support month-end reporting and treasury-related activities.
