We are a high-quality, patient-focused private dental practice in Liverpool, known for delivering exceptional care in a modern, welcoming environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team.

Hours of Work

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30am 5:00pm

• Thursday: 11:00am 7:30pm

• Saturday: 9:00am 4:00pm (1 Saturday per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey

• Explain treatment plans clearly and support patients in understanding their options

• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups efficiently with clinicians and front desk

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients to enhance their experience

• Support the practice in achieving treatment uptake targets

• Manage patient communications via phone, email, and in-person

• Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality

• Liaise with the clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless care delivery

What Were Looking For

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental setting (essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring, confident, and professional manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., SOE, Dentally, or similar) is advantageous

• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
