TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Our clients are seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join their family-run team.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:

Responding to patient enquiries, conducting consultations, and delivering concierge-level service as the main point of contact for private patients
Supporting comprehensive care by scheduling appointments, managing consent forms, financials, and collaborating with clinical staff
Educating patients on treatment options using digital tools, scanning, and clinical photography
Leading the reception team and providing cover when needed
Assisting with digital marketing, social media engagement, and website updates in collaboration with the marketing team
Promoting treatments, following up with patients, and monitoring conversion rates to support business growth
Collecting patient testimonials, representing the practice at events, and training team members in patient communication and holistic care

TREATMENT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

Communicating exceptionally by building rapport easily and explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently
Promoting engagement and increasing treatment uptake through sales and marketing awareness
Managing multiple responsibilities efficiently with strong organisation and attention to detail
Developing compelling patient stories and visual content through creativity and resourcefulness
Taking initiative and maintaining high standards while prioritising patient care with professionalism
Bringing tech-savviness, with familiarity in dental software and digital marketing tools being advantageous
Showing interest in holistic health, with a passion for whole-body wellbeing and natural health solutions considered a strong plus

TREATMENT COORDINATOR BENEFITS:

£35,000 per annum plus team bonus after 6 months
