Job Description - Treatment Coordinator

Diamond Dental Staff are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our clients' high-end, Fully Private Practice based in Chislehurst.

Our client has a modern, state of the art clinic designed to an incredbily high spec, with the clinic investing heavily in the latest technology and is often described as having a "spa-like" feel to make its patients feel as comfortable and at-ease as possible. Every patient is assigned a Tretament Coordinator and every step of their journey has been curated to ensure all their needs and wants are met.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiatic Treatment Coordinator that has patient care at their heart and can fit in with the ethos of the Practice. You will have exceptional communication skills, be energetic and have a friendly personality. We are looking for someone to invest in that is looking to build a career and commit to the Practice long-term. You must be able to talk through treatment plans and finances with confidence and help drive sales while offering an excellent service.

The Role:

As this is a squat you will be heavily involved building the diary and practice. You will play a pivotal role in the patient journey. As it is a small suburban area reputation is key therefore is it essential you deliver exceptional service. You will see each patient after their appointment with the dentist to book in follow up appointments, discuss the treatment plan, take payment and organise finance. It is essential you are organised and able communicate effectively with clinicians and all staff. Will need to follow up with patients.

Monday - Friday (x1 Saturday a month)

Thursdays are a late clinic with a 19:00 PM finish time

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role

Excellent Patient care skills

Excellent Communication skills

Strong grammatical ability is critical as you will be liaising with patients and sending emails

Mathematic skills required for payments
