The Operations Assistant works to deliver operational performance within customer facing channels through controlling the quality operational data, delivery of strategic support roadmap and stakeholder support.

• Analytical skills, be able to work with a range of data and business information to provide insights on how we can make better happen.
• Excellent Excel skills are a must.
• Display accountable behaviours and values – things happen because of you.
• Experience in presenting to a multitude of stakeholders and able to hold difficult conversations when necessary.
• The ability to see the larger picture, question the norm and be comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and can-do flexible attitude.
• Experience in building and maintaining senior level relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
