Southampton | Permanent | £30,000 per year plus bonus

Are you an experienced Tyre Fitter looking for a stable role with a well-established automotive business?

We’re recruiting for a Tyre Fitter to join a busy depot in Southampton. You’ll be working as part of a small, experienced team, carrying out tyre fitting and related workshop duties across a range of vehicles.

The Role

* Fitting and removing tyres across a range of vehicles

* Carrying out puncture repairs and tyre inspections

* Wheel balancing and related tyre services

* Checking tyre condition and identifying potential issues

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Working alongside a team of experienced fitters

* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment

* Providing a professional service to customers when required

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous tyre fitting experience who can work confidently in a busy workshop environment.

You’ll ideally have:

* Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter

* Good knowledge of tyre fitting and repair

* A strong work ethic and reliable approach

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good customer service and communication skills

The Package

* £30,000 per year

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

* Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm

* Bonus Scheme

* Permanent position
