UK Academy Coordinator
Location: Glasgow
Hybrid: 3 days required on site
The OME Skills Academy aims to deliver an exceptional experience for the Early Careers community and futureproof the skills in OME
The Optronic & Missile Electronics (OME) UK College Coordinator & Engagement Lead will support talent development and engagement within the OME College team. Key responsibilities include providing business administration for the College, partnering with the OME UK Head of College and College Lead to deliver the Skills & Knowledge Hub, collaborating with the OME BL Academy team on strategy, and driving the OME engagement plan with HR partners. This role is vital to upskilling, developing, and retaining talent in line with company strategy.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Due to the nature of the work that we do at Thales, many of our roles are subject to security restrictions. This role requires Security Clearance (SC). It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
