About Dcycle

In 10 years, all companies will operate a non-financial system. As we see it, it’s either Dcycle or bust.

Sustainability should not be a cosmetic exercise. 🍃 Dcycle is the startup born to make that happen.

Amidst the regulatory, financial, and technical maze that has attempted to equate sustainability with Non-Financial Statements, the industry has made access to information more complex. When faced with a black box, the keyholder becomes indispensable. In this context, the only way to elevate sustainability to the level it deserves is by adding transparency and eliminating all the bullshit.

At Dcycle, we are determined to fulfill a mission: giving companies control over sustainability.

After achieving product-market fit in Spain, we're now ready to take on our next big market: the UK.

Why this role matters

This is not a traditional executive role.
We’re not looking for someone with a pre-baked playbook.
We’re looking for a builder. A smart, fast-learning, feedback-hungry operator who thrives in uncertainty and knows how to create structure, not just follow it.

As our first hire in the UK, you'll launch our presence, build the GTM playbook, and lay the foundation for how we scale internationally.

🔍 What you’ll do

  • Launch our UK go-to-market motion from scratch.

  • Own and iterate the UK GTM playbook — messaging, positioning, verticals.

  • Start selling from Day 1.

  • Identify key sectors and validate our narrative with real clients.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and other target industries.

  • Hire and coach our first Account Executives and sales team in the UK.

  • Work closely with founders, RevOps, and Product teams to scale what works.

  • Document everything — you're laying the blueprint for how we go global.


✅ What makes a great UK Country Launcher at Dcycle

There’s no single path to this role. You could come from:

  • A startup or scale-up, where you helped launch or scale a market.

  • A top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG...) and you're now ready to operate (and sell).

  • A VC or investment bank, and you want to stop advising and start building.

We care more about your mindset and learning speed than your résumé.

🎯 To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience launching or owning a GTM motion.

  • Understanding of B2B sales and how to navigate complex buyers.

  • Deep UK market awareness — trust dynamics, procurement, tone, timing.

  • Conversations with British decision-makers are second nature to you.

  • Network or strong context in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics.

  • A bias for action: you build while learning.

  • Highly coachable → you apply feedback fast.

  • Strong communication → you’re clear, concise, and confident.

Bonus:

  • Passion or background in SaaS and ESG/sustainability.

  • Fluent in Spanish (our HQ is in Madrid).

📍 Location & Travel
